duciporno.hu respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds expeditiously to clear, valid notices of claimed copyright infringement submitted in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
Important — the website does not host any media file. The website has no upload functionality and stores no image or video file on its own servers. All audiovisual material is embedded from third-party video hosting platforms through their public embed players, so the source file is hosted and controlled by the third-party platform. We nevertheless remove, block or replace any embedding we control immediately upon receipt of a valid notice, and we forward the notice to the platform that hosts the source file.
How to submit a notice
Send your notice by e-mail to [email protected] with the subject line DMCA TAKEDOWN. A valid notice must contain all of the following (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on the owner's behalf;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, for multiple works on one site, a representative list);
- identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough information to locate it — please give the exact page URL(s) on this website;
- your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
What happens next
- We confirm receipt by e-mail and review the notice, normally within 24 hours and always within 48 hours.
- Any embedding controlled by this website that is covered by a valid notice is removed immediately — in practice well within 24 hours of receipt.
- We inform the third-party platform that hosts the source file so that the source material can be removed at its origin.
- The person who posted or embedded the material may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g); in that case we follow the statutory procedure and may restore the material if no court action is notified.
Abuse of the notice process. Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

Fontos — a weboldal nem tárol médiafájlt. A weboldalnak nincs feltöltési funkciója, saját szerverén egyetlen képet vagy videót sem tárol. A teljes anyag harmadik fél videómegosztó platformjairól van beágyazva azok nyilvános lejátszóival, így a forrásfájl a harmadik fél platformnál található. Ennek ellenére az általunk ellenőrzött beágyazást érvényes bejelentés esetén azonnal eltávolítjuk, és a bejelentést továbbítjuk a forrásfájlt tároló platformnak.
A bejelentés módja
A bejelentést e-mailben kérjük az [email protected] címre, a DMCA TAKEDOWN tárggyal. Az érvényes bejelentésnek a 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) szerint az alábbiakat kell tartalmaznia:
- a szerzői jog tulajdonosának vagy az ő nevében eljárni jogosult személy fizikai vagy elektronikus aláírása;
- a jogsértés által érintett szerzői jogi mű azonosítása (több mű esetén reprezentatív lista);
- a jogsértőnek vélt anyag azonosítása olyan pontossággal, hogy az megtalálható legyen — kérjük, adja meg az érintett oldal pontos URL-jét;
- a bejelentő neve, címe, telefonszáma és e-mail címe;
- nyilatkozat arról, hogy a bejelentő jóhiszeműen úgy véli: az anyag használata nem engedélyezett a szerzői jog tulajdonosa, annak képviselője vagy a törvény szerint;
- nyilatkozat arról, hogy a bejelentésben szereplő információk pontosak, és a hamis tanúzás büntetésének terhe mellett a bejelentő a szerzői jog tulajdonosa vagy annak nevében eljárni jogosult.
Mi történik a bejelentés után
- E-mailben visszaigazoljuk a bejelentés kézhezvételét, és azt normál esetben 24 órán belül, legkésőbb 48 órán belül megvizsgáljuk.
- Az érvényes bejelentéssel érintett, általunk ellenőrzött beágyazást azonnal eltávolítjuk — a gyakorlatban a bejelentés kézhezvételétől számított 24 órán belül.
- Tájékoztatjuk a forrásfájlt tároló harmadik fél platformot, hogy a forrásanyag a forrásánál is eltávolítható legyen.
- Az anyagot közzétevő fél a 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) szerint ellenértesítést (counter-notification) nyújthat be; ebben az esetben a törvényes eljárást követjük, és az anyagot bírósági intézkedés hiányában visszaállíthatjuk.
A bejelentési eljárás visszaélésszerű használata. Felhívjuk figyelmét, hogy a 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) szerint aki tudatosan, lényegesen valótlanul állítja, hogy egy anyag jogsértő, kártérítési felelősséggel tartozhat, ideértve a költségeket és az ügyvédi díjat is.
